Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Psychology or related field of study
- Minimum 5 years experience as executive in Human Resources management, or current position as Human Resources Manager
- Familiar with organization structure, HR policies & procedures, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, reward & recognition, legal issues, manpower rules & regulations, And budgeting
- Mature with positive behavior as a role model and good motivator
- Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, leadership, innovative and result oriented
- Experience dealing with large number of staff
- Experience dealing with local community
- Able to work under pressure and highly motivated
- Energetic and great personality
- Creative, dynamic, and innovative
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Excellent English both spoken and written
- Computer literate
