You will have a passion for training and development of front line staff and team leaders. The right candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a venue operating in high volume. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve outstanding sales results.

• Excellent service standards, displaying a humble warm attentive approach
• Strong food & beverage knowledge
• Stock control and management
• Staff management including; rostering, training, performance management
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Coordination, execution and evaluation of promotions for both the venue by creating external marketing and internally with staff competitions.
• Fiscal management including labour and COG’s managemen
• PnL understanding
• Possess good computer skills
