Need Urgent Cost Controller - HHRMA Bali

We are looking to recruit COST CONTROLLER. The Cost Controller is responsible for Cost Control Services including but not limited to those of cost estimating, budget control, cost forecasting, cost reporting and cost risk analysis.

Key Responsibilities.

Understand the corporate specific cost procedures and carry out all work in accordance with these.
Study and understand all relevant corporate documents relating to cost management.
Work with all relevant corporate personnel to ensure that cost control procedures are in place.
Assist is setting up corporate with Computerised Cost System upon agreed format.
Reviewing cost commitment and expenditure information for all cost elements, for input to the computerised cost control and reporting system on a consistent basis and ensuring that all information received is accurate and correctly input.
Producing regular cost reports and advising management of any forecast cost overruns as soon as possible to allow corrective actions to be taken in a timely manner.
Highlighting cost areas of concern and suggesting areas of improvement.
Liaising with the finance department with regards to establishing monthly evaluation of work done, goods received and services rendered for invoice preparation and verification.

Qualifications & Skills.

Strong leadership skills
4 years’ experience in project cost control, strong management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-directed and highly-motivated.
Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy.
Fluent in written and spoken English language.
High computer literacy and good working knowledge of relevant cost software.

COST CONTROLLER

GENERAL MISSION
Responsible for collecting and accurately reporting all monthly costs and expenditures by the hotel and ensuring proper inventory and store requisition procedures are followed.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
- To correctly allocate expenses by departments based on Store Requisitions and inventory
- Reconciliation of monthly costs and expenses for all departments
- Check (price, quantity) on all goods received in hotel and ensure proper documentation (PO, invoice) is collected.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- To supervise and control Receiving of all items with attention to price and quantity of the products and submit receiving records to relevant departments.
- To supervise and control Store Requisitions of all items with attention to price and quantity of the products.
- To control and compute the cost of Food & Beverage and Complimentary Food & Beverage expenses.
- To submit the Daily Flash report daily to keep F&B costs of sales within budget
- To conduct physical inventory monthly and quarterly and yearly of all departments including fixed assets.
- To take part in fixing the menu price in the light of the cost of commodities and revise recipe cost and prepare new recipe as assigned by F&B Department from time to time.
- Correct allocation of costs and expenses for department’s inventory usage
- Alert departments when costs/expenses exceed budgeted costs/expenses
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in hospitality industry
- Competent with VHP and MYOB accounting systems
- F&B experience preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
