Duties and responsibilities:

5. Supervise and coordinate all menu making, pricing, food presentation, sanitation, Food and Beverage promotion, ensure qualities of food and service at all times.
6. Direct monthly food and beverage department meeting covering all necessary subjects pertaining to the proper function of the respective department, including future banquet function and operating problem.
7. Make daily inspection of all F&B outlets including restaurants, kitchen, store rooms, staff canteen and other areas under his control.
8. Directly responsible for all restaurants, culinary and events areas, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operations within the framework of the hotel.
9. Develop and enforce standards, policies and procedures in the food service, restaurants and beverage areas.

Job Profile and Qualifications:
1. At least Bachelor degree in any field
2. At least 3 year experience in one of the company’s department head members in international hotels with evidenced tracked record of achievements
3. Strong in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill
4. Proficiency in English and computer literate
5. Good public speaking skill (track record of presentation or public speaking training course)
6. Strong in driving results and people management and development
